The company is creating a new role focusing on developing a Director FP&A Supply Chain position along with appropriate staff. This position will allow the right candidate to work remotely from anywhere in the US.

About the job
As a Director of Supply Chain Finance, you will be part of the Business Finance function, and provide financial, analytical, and risk management insights and business planning support to company products and services supply chain and operations function. In this role, you will lead a highly analytical team dedicated to maximizing returns through thought leadership and cross-functional partnering. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial planning and analysis in the supply chain and operations space, designing/building financial infrastructure to support the business, and working closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal cost structures and well informed decision making.
Partner with Global Supply Chain and Operations leadership to evaluate, structure, and execute business plans, investment strategies, cost, and margin structure optimization.
Oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes and partner with the business to evaluate the productivity of business operations and proactively identify areas for process improvement. Drive visibility into business performance and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Support Supply Chain teams in supplier selection, agreement facilitations, and partner management.
Drive actionable analyses and recommendations for cost reduction opportunities and investment prioritization, resource optimization, and efficiency improvements. Define and implement an analytics agenda to inform and drive decision making.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of relevant work experience, including experience in supply chain/manufacturing and operations finance.
Experience building/defining business strategy.
MBA or graduate degree.
