Senior Accountant

Location: Atlanta, Georgia 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly close activities for the business unit.
• Ensure all general ledger duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with US GAAP.
• Provide documentation and information to external auditors to ensure audits can be performed accurately.
• Partner with other accounting team members to ensure that the company is SOX compliant. Provide recommendations for improvements to control processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4-6 years previous experience
• Large ERP system experience
• CPA preferred
