Opportunity to join a growing global software company as a Senior Commissions Analyst. This newly created position will support the FP&A function while working closely with sales leadership.
- Perform monthly commission payouts and accruals calculations for global sales team.
- Help in the implementation and administration of sales compensation tool.
- Partner with Sales Operations and others in ad hoc projects (commissions reporting, issue resolution, forecasting, etc.)
Comprehend various types of company sales compensation plans.
- Identify improvements to commissions related processes.
- Lead compensation training for sales managers, sellers and advise on compensation questions.
Qualified Candidates should possess:
- Experience in Sales Compensation preferred
- Candidates with experience in accounting at a national or regional CPA firm and candidates with FP&A experience will also be considered
- Experience with Sales Incentive Tools
- Strong attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
