Director, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

Accountability Resources, based in Austin, TX, is seeking Financial Reporting professionals who are seeking their next progressive, career step. We are seeking a Director, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead and manage the financial reporting function of this Company.

The Role : Director of Financial Reporting
Location : Austin, TX
Reporting to the CAO, this position will lead the SEC reporting function.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field.
CPA license is required.
Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience; industry or combination of public accounting + industry.
Technical accounting/ SEC reporting experience; open to individuals coming from another reporting role OR directly from public accounting.
Experience with M&A and valuation would be a plus.
