PHOENIX, Dec. 21 /AAFANetwork/
We are excited to share the third of four new additions to the AAFA network for 2018, Headfarmer. Headfarmer will represent the American Association of Finance & Accounting in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas.
Founded in 2011 by Jessica Corral and Eric Ryan, Headfarmer has quickly grown to become Phoenix’s premier accounting and finance recruiting agency. With over 35 years combined recruiting experience, Corral and Ryan identified a need for quality recruiting and talent acquisition within Phoenix’s accounting and finance market early in their careers. Both Corral and Ryan began their careers with large recruiting agencies and excelled as a result of their consultative approach and direct training from experienced CPA’s. Corral began her recruiting career in New York City on Wall Street before relocating to Phoenix where she has spent the last 14 years of her career. Mr. Ryan, an Arizona State University graduate, holds over 17 years of executive recruiting experience working as both an internal recruiter and external recruiter.
The American Association of Finance and Accounting’s executive committee is extremely excited to welcome Headfarmer to our national network. As defined by the company’s founders, the definition of ‘Headfarmer’ is the “unique process of helping people connect and grow.” This is accomplished through selfless acts of service while exceeding the traditional recruiting standards. The company takes a genuine interest in their clients’ hiring needs and cares about the quality of relationships they develop. A truly unique mission statement which has landed Headfarmer multiple awards over the past few years including ‘Top Executive Search Firm’ in Phoenix and one of Phoenix’s ‘Best Places to Work’ for the last three years for the micro company category.
Headfarmer’s founders have commented they are excited to gain access to a national network as they work alongside AAFA. With Arizona’s growth, the opportunity to leverage relationships and source candidates nationally is a unique competitive advantage for not only Headfarmer, but the clients and candidates they serve, as well. They look forward to having access to like-minded professionals to share thoughts and improve internal efforts.
Jim Tagg, 1st Vice President of AAFA, has commented, “AAFA is extremely excited to reestablish a strong presence within the Phoenix market. Headfarmer’s approach to accounting and finance recruiting reflects the values and professional standards we adhere to as an organization. Their knowledge and expertise within the Phoenix market is unparalleled and we cannot be more excited to present our network of accounting and finance professionals with yet another resource to assist them with their search.”
