Our biggest responsibility to our clients and candidates is telling them how it is, including when we don’t think a potential match would be a fruitful one. Honoring this level of transparency helps us maintain long-term relationships with our clients and candidates, and exceed their expectations in the placement process. We want them to have nothing but the best service and experience when working with us. At Unity Search, we deliver high quality, ethical work, and are willing to have the tough conversations that other firms won’t have. We aim to send the best and most qualified candidates to our clients; it may be fewer than if we held ourselves to lower standards, but we make sure the work goes into making every recommendation a sound one.

Funniest: Chad Moreman. If you’re not paying attention, you might miss him saying the funniest thing you’ve ever heard.
Best Companion On A Desert Island: Eric Olschewsky. He is gifted, smart on his feet, and would be great on the show Survivor, which he avidly watches.
Most Likely To Join The Circus: Greg Thorsell. He rides a Segway to work — once even around the office — and owns anything he decides to do. We could definitely see it happening.
MVP: David Cathey. Since joining the team five years ago, he has set the tone of what it means to be exemplary at this company and in this industry. We all look up to him.
Setting A Precedent
One of the important lessons that our leadership team has learned is that making exceptions can set a precedent for the future. Because of this, we have stood by our core values, and let them guide us as we continue to find new ways to expand our reach in the Dallas area. We are proud of the culture that we have built. A day at Unity Search will display some friendly competition and a little necessary levity (our Unity Wheel is spun after every successful placement and doles out prizes to our recruiters for their efforts). What you will see most predominantly, though, is the shared effort amongst our coworkers to serve our clients and candidates with their best interest at heart. To us, this culture is setting the precedent for the future, where we aim to grow our contract team to match and eventually outweigh our permanent placement team in size. We want to continue to build upon our positive local reputation and see our clients continue to value our services for years to come.
